Lavender is my all time favorite of the essential oils for sleeping. I use an essential oils roll on blend from Piping rock. It’s a permanent bed side table item!

Chamomile

Bergamot
If you haven’t seen bergamot before it can easily be mistaken as a large lemon that’s a lil’ less juicy.
What makes bergamot one of the great essential oils for sleeping is the flavonoids in the fruit. They are a relaxant that helps aid anxiety, stress, depression and insomnia.

I’ve always known Frankincense as one of the gifts that Jesus was given by the 3 kings when he was born. As expected, it’s also a familiar church smell to it.

Tangerine is the sister fruit to the much loved mandarin orange.
