Weekly Self Care Checklist/Tracker
The first of the self care bullet journal spreads is the weekly self care checklist/tracker. A checklist has so many benefits.
First things first, it reminds us to stop and take care of ourselves! When you’re trying to balance everyday life and self care, our self care is usually the first one to fall to the side. Self care journal ideas that have checklists are the ultimate way to make sure we stay on top of our self care habits and remember to follow through.
I know that if I don’t have some sort of reminder I often forget to take all my vitamins or even start some of the habits I wanted to (damn apple cider morning habit will happen eventually!).
The second best part about any bullet journal setup with a checklist is the ticking off. There’s no feeling like ticking something off your list! I know I love it. So not only have we remembered to stop and take care of ourselves, but we also get the satisfaction of list ticking!
Self Care Ideas List
